Worth a Second Reading?

 Apologies for being away again so long. We've now had 4 bereavements in 13 months, which affected my ability to blog. I do hope I have not missed anything major. You have been fondly in my thoughts.
This weekend I started re-reading the Chaos Walking Trilogy by Patrick Ness and it's proving to be as brilliant the second time around so far. If it's written and constructed well, it certainly stands more than one reading and it got me thinking...

 What novels have you re-read and enjoyed just as much 2nd time around?

    Hi Madeleine - gosh 4 in 13 months .. how very difficult for you and also difficult to cope with all the side things that come into play. I've been wondering .. but realised that you'd be back when you could ..

    I'm glad you're back to reading, even if it's re-reading ... Patrick Ness is not an author I'm aware of - but I lead a sheltered life!!

      Yes it's been quite draining. This trilogy is young adult genre, though I believe Patrick Ness has written adult novels too. So have you re-read any novels yourself?
