At the risk of offending sensibilities, here's my rather risqué offerings:
A gal who was covered in sweat
Was shunned by the guys in her set.
Though she smelt rather ripe
She was determined to Skype
And was able to date on the Net

Made his lady loves rather upset
As he slipped and he slithered
His ardour just withered
Leaving appetites sorely unmet.

Over the past few days I have been busy and also poorly and extremely tired.
Also the shower (of 20yrs) decided to pack up and the boiler (of only 8 yrs) decided to do likewise, so we got all immersional resorting to the Immersion switch for our hot water, at least, while we awaited the nice repair chappies.

I loved teh limericks. And I'm so sorry to hear you've had to do repains at your house. I don't know what's worse, that or car repair.
