I have been asked whether entrants should
1. make a list of the novels and books they have read/seen?
2. Or give a review of what they thought?
I'm expecting entrants to:
Day 1 Post a list either as a word list or using pictures.
I wonder who will have the most titles?
However on
Day 3 Tell us which books you have read that you want to see the film versions for or which films you've seen that you plan to read the books on which they are based.
How does that sound?
UPDATE: Dad is out of hospital again! Yay!
I really enjoyed the movie Election. I had no idea it was a book also!
ReplyDeleteSince I already have a guest poster on the 3rd that date will be out for me. I don't post on Tuesdays as a rule. I think I can get everything I'm going to do on my Monday Aug 1 post. Then I should have more time to visit other blog posts.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to keep my list relatively short with a few favorites, a few disappointments, and a couple I really disliked.
Hope that works okay.
Lee
Tossing It Out
Yes Election is a good book too.
ReplyDeleteSounds good to me, Lee. :O)
Glad to hear that he's out again!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to do the blog fest. :-)
This sounds interesting. I can't participate this time around, but I'll be back to check out your list!
ReplyDeleteSo happy to hear your dad is doing well, Madeleine.
ReplyDeleteAs far as books/movies go, I think my favorite pairing is The Hours. The book has the same feel, but gives away more of the plot through certain names, whereas the central plot in the movie caused a huge gasp among attendees when I went.
Thanks so much, Amy

Thanks for the further info. I'll probably do a list on the Monday, and work the reviews into my Tuesday Teaser post. Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if I'll have that many items on my list, but it'll be fun taking part. Thanks for the open blogfest invite.
ReplyDeleteIf you get a chance, check out a fellow writer's zombie story and help me make him wear an embarrassing shirt next year! Details are here:
