You posed these BURNING questions for Alistair Reynolds and these are his replies.
My Thanks to Al for a fabulous Q&A and for so generously giving his time and expertise.
The ramblings of aspiring author, Madeleine Sara, her dreams to become published and her trials and tribulations along the way. Plus other writerly nuggets of wisdom! Apologies for my typos, I get very cold hands with Raynauds and sometimes there's a persistent kittie on my lap, nudging my hand as I type.
That was a fantastic set of questions and answers. Really interesting.

I have to be honest, Madeline, most times when I read author interviews I get bored less than halfway through. Not this time. These were really well chosen questions...and it helped that Alistair is pretty good with the answers too.

Massive thanks to Al for answering all our questions and illuminating the writing/publishing world. I feel the same way when it comes to chapters and length - I end and start a chapter where it 'feels' right, and don't like them to be overly long.
ReplyDeleteMadeleine - I loved the way you presented the question and answers!
