The No Kiss Blogfest! hosted by Frankie Writes
This is when you get to write a scene or post one from your favourite books, movies, and TV shows that show the almost kiss: the rising, crushing, excruciating, longing, tension that comes from when two characters get oh-so-close to kissing that you can just feel it....and then...they don't!
Should be an interesting term!
ReplyDeleteI loved the line "Hoping her cheeks hadn't flushed as crimson as her thoughts had been." Great stuff Madeleine.
Congrats on your 200 followers!
200 followers? Yay for you! That is awesome, and it demonstrates what a warm and wonderful person you are.
ReplyDeleteOoo . . .the almost kiss. You can feel the sexual tension fizzing through the whole scene. Loved it!
Thank you Dom, yes it will be an interesting term for them unless Plasticene Pete strikes again :O)
ReplyDeleteBless you Ellie, thanks for your sweet comments. Glad your pulses raced and fizzed ;O)
Yah, Madeleine! First for a fantastic story and second for your 200th follower!

OOOoooohhhh, this was GOOD!!! Is it me, or is it hot in here? Whew!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Dominic...it should be a very interesting term....
Yay for 200+ followers!!!!
Oh man, I love the way you described Pete. Haha. Loved it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this. Lovely job. And I see that you've reached 200 followers! Jealous! And now you have 201. :)
LOL! Yes I am glad some of you felt for poor Plasticene Pete, too.
ReplyDeleteGlad it got your pulses racing. I enjoyed adding the humour, too. I always wonder at romance scripts where the man and woman only argue and then become passionate, you wonder how they ever get it together if they hate each other so much. ;O)
Oooh this was a great piece! Thanks so much for sharing and posting in the fest!
