Do you try to add unexpected plot twists to your stories or keep them simple?

  1. I love to add unexpected plot twists, Madeleine, but its not an easy task.
Wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

  2. I enjoy unexpected twists once in awhile, but mostly they stress me out, lol.

  3. Aaaaaah!!!

I was actually expecting the car not to come out the other side - imagine my surprise...

  4. Thanks Rachna and Megan
Sorry Maria and Ms Bibi. ;O)

  5. Ha ha ha. Great post, Madeleine! :-)

  6. *looks accusing* You nearly gave me a heart attack!

LOL. Just kidding, but I was very surprised!

I love plot twists, and I have a lot of fun putting them into my stories. :)

  7. Hi Madeleine .. it is a 'fun' video clip .. peaceful to say the least .. Happy Christmas .. Hilary

  8. Glad you all enjoyed it.;O)
Thanks Golden Eagle you had me in stitches!

  9. Yay!!! I love that zombie ending!!! Thank you!!!! LOL!!! Well that woke me up!!

Oooh my ambition is to try and keep my plot twists as simple yet unexpected!! That's my hope anyway!!

    Take care

  10. Nope. Wont watch it. It's the thing. Bluggh!!! I HOPE to be unexpected but with me, I never know if I pull it off.

  11. Shame about the spoiler! Anyway It cracks me up everytime. :O)))))))

  12. Great video. I've been trying to add some unexpected plot twists. I love it when I'm reading and one pops up.

  13. Aghh! Phew, calm down. I love twists, try to put them in where possible, makes it all so much more exciting!
    Happy Christmas! x

  14. Well now, that was quite unexpected! As a dedicated pantser/plotter in my own writing, I would have to admit to including unexpected plot twists--only because I don't usually know what's going to happen until it happens.
    in medias res

  15. Always, always unexpected! simple = boring just like a character without flaws or imperfections and is just "all good" equals boring as well. Glad to meet a fellow aspiring writer. Will follow as well! Merry Christmas!
