Jingle Poetry: Putting You in the Mood for Poetry

What puts you in the mood for poetry?
What stops you from writing poetry?

This poem underwent many revisions during the course of the week to combine the sentiments of friends, gossip and delicious coffee though might need even more polishing, perhaps? :O)

  15. Hi Madeleine - I'm missing the coffee gene but fortunately I have the poetry one so I loved the poem and the comparison of friends/coffee!

I got very excited to see those little booklets because I'm in the Dead Good Words One (although the poem is a bit ... dark and unsavoury!)

Oooh brokenbiro Claire, how exciting about the booklet! I understand about not having the coffee gene because I don't have the alcohol gene. ;O)
