My Blog SCRIBBLE AND EDIT reflects my love of creative writing, design, literature and film. Check out my Poems & haiku, Romantic Flash Fiction; Blogfest Entries; Blog Awards and other prose and Flash Fiction. Do bear with me, as I will reciprocate with those genuine commenters on my blog.  BTW I sometimes withhold comments for challenges until later. Comments about the post are much appreciated. Creative Blogger Nomination

WOW I’ve been nominated for a Creative Blogger Award:
'For those who bring unique and creative elements to their blogs. For those who incorporate art, music, creative writing, photo's, and other beautiful visual effects into their website. For those who put a unique spin on things and come up with new ideas. This award is for the artsy, the funky, the inventor, and even the rebel. This award is for those creative individuals who stand out from the crowd'.         How fabulous!

As a recipient of this award I must:
  1. Thank the award giver Ellie Garrett and link to their blog.
So, a HUGE thank you to Ellie for my peer validation.
  1. Nominate five other creative writers/bloggers and link to their blogs.
This is very hard as there is so much talent out there, but I've decided to nominate :

3. List either six crazy truths and one outrageous lie or six outrageous lies and one crazy truth. Here they are:
  1. I've met the drummer of Echo & the Bunnymen, Pete De Freitas, who bought me a 21st birthday drink.
  2. I was born in Canada.
  3. I assisted the 'incognito' Derek Thompson (Charlie Fairhead) while working as a shop assistant in Waterstones.
  4. I’ve sat in First Class carriage while listening to the booming voice of Adam Hart Davies talking to the trolley dolly.
  5. My feet smell of treacle.
  6. I’ve served 3 members of the Strawbridge family from ‘It’s Not Easy Being Green’ when working as a craft shop retailer.
  7. I've had four dramatic premonitions about my Dad that all came true.

But which are which? Have you decided yet?

Not quite sure what happens next though...

I thought I'd put the answers in a word search grid and the odd one out will not be among them.

  4. Treacle scented feet, interesting. I think I will go with that being an untruth too, though it sounds like it could be true. Oh confusion!
